The Tasmanian Motorsport Hall of Fame was established in 1989 to recognise outstanding contributions to motorsport across all disciplines in Tasmania. Inductees are selected annually by an independent volunteer board and the Hall is now housed as a digital display at the National Automobile Museum of Tasmania. The non-profit Hall relies on sponsorship and support to continue its work.
