1984 YAMAHA RZ 500

The RZ500 was produced by the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer from 1984 to 1986. This bike had a powerful engine with four cylinders and it was incredibly fast. It had four special carburettors to help the engine breathe. However, it wasn’t sold in the United States because it didn’t meet their pollution rules. In Australia, the RZ500 was very popular both on the road and in races. It even won 1st place in the 1984 Castrol Six Hour Event at Oran Park in New South Wales, thanks to riders Richard Scott and Michael Dowson.
