Refund Policy

If your purchase is faulty, wrongly described, or incorrect in quantity, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. For consignment stock, please read the extra information provided. We ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before postage, as well as being packed suitably to ensure safe transit.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a refund due to a fault or error, please ensure that:

You contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product

The product is returned in its original packaging

You have taken reasonable care of the product while in your possession

If your return meets these conditions, we will happily refund the full purchase price, minus any shipping costs.

WRONG PRODUCT

If we have shipped the wrong goods for an online order simply contact us, return the goods and we will exchange it for the correct item. You can do this by contacting admin@namt.com.au or 03 6334 8888

FAULTY GOODS

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC. For more information please visit, https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers.

NAMT will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:

1.The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act

2.The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

3.The product does not match the sample or our description; and

4.You produce your original NAMT receipt at the time you return the item 

For online orders with faulty items please contact admin@namt.com.au or 03 6334 8888 , send the item back and we will provide an exchange or refund. We will refund to your original method of payment.
