1958 MESSERSCHMITT KR200

After World War II, Messerschmitt, a company that used to make war-planes started making tiny cars because Germany wasn’t allowed to make fighter planes anymore.

An engineer named Fritz Fend designed these small cars, and Messerschmitt built them.

One of these cars was the KR200. It had a small engine and could get to 90km/h.

In the 1950s, people loved these small bubble-shaped cars. Today these tiny cars are very special, and are highly collectible.
